Day 14 of 31
God's Love
Nothing can separate us from it
Today's Scripture
“Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Opening thought
Love is one of the most beautiful things, and every creature under heaven needs it. We see the evidence of this in both humans and animals. Love is so strong that it burns like fire; it is as strong as death (Song of Solomon 8:6). There are stories in the daily newspapers of people who died because of love.

Closing prayer
Father, thank You for a love that is stronger than death. Thank You for coming into this world in Jesus Christ to die for me. When I feel unworthy or alone, remind me that nothing, not height, nor depth, nor any other creature, can separate me from Your love. Help me to rest in that love today and to share it with others. In Jesus' name, amen.
